Job Title: Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at G and G Linehaul Transport Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous administrative experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Work Environment:

The Office Clerk will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
