Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at UP Custom Sign. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements
