Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canadian Tax & Financial Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and preparing reports.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, and liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 36 hours per week.
