Counter Sales Associate

Nedco, a leading electrical industry supplier, is seeking a skilled Electrical Sales Associate to join their team in Vaughan, ON.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Process orders, quotations, and inquiries efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support the growth of the business.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, providing expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including AS400 experience (an asset).
- Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.
