Lead the Advancement of EA SPORTS Technology

As a key member of the EA SPORTS Technology organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our industry-leading video games. Our Advanced Technology Group is focused on identifying and creating new, scalable technologies for game teams, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Head of Product and Technical Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with game teams, central art teams, and the Frostbite engine team to advance the core technologies supporting EA Sports long-term technology initiatives.
  • Propose strategy for shared technology to support advancing character creation, realistic visuals, and user-generated experiences.
  • Transform technology strategy into execution plans, in collaboration with Frostbite game engine teams and EA Sports game teams.
  • Guide the team's engineering and architectural best practices, in partnership with the Technical Lead.
Requirements:
  • Technical leadership and/or mentoring experience.
  • C++, architectural, and software engineering skills.
  • Experience with the software design/architecture process.
  • Experience working with technical and creative partners.
