About This Opportunity

Black & McDonald is seeking a detail-oriented and result-focused Project Coordinator to join our team in the Ottawa Region's Utility Division. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist Project Managers on construction projects, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring performance standards align with company policy and contract specifications.
  • Aid in construction scheduling and monitoring progress.
  • Support budget analysis and prepare progress reports for clients.
  • Coordinate with trades and subcontractors.
  • Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Coordinate various project documents and control records.
