Job Summary:
The Vice Provost is a key member of the Senior Academic Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Provost & Vice President, Academic. This leadership position is responsible for driving academic excellence and strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic leadership and strategic input to further the academic vision and goals of Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
- Assume a leadership role in the development of programs and academic policy to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
- Supervise academic programs and lead an academic team focused on programming initiatives that respond to labour-market demands.
- Ensure compliance with national and/or international accrediting bodies and program quality standards.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and academic teams.
- Proven track record of driving academic excellence and strategic initiatives.
