Saskatchewan Polytechnic Vice Provost

The Vice Provost is a key member of the Provost's Senior Academic Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Provost & Vice President, Academic. This role is responsible for providing academic excellence and leadership across the various Schools, working closely with the Provost to oversee academic and operational functions that further the academic vision and strategic goals of Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Long-range planning and strategic input to ensure academic excellence and alignment with the institution's goals
- Operational policy setting and budget oversight to optimize resource utilization and stewardship
- Leadership in the development of programs and academic policy to ensure quality and continuous improvement
- Supervision of academic programs and leading an academic team focused on programming initiatives that respond to labour-market demands
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and academic expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and teams
