The Vice Provost is a key member of the Provost's Senior Academic Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Provost & Vice President, Academic. This role is responsible for driving academic excellence and leadership across the institution's various Schools.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic input and oversight of academic and operational functions to further the academic vision and strategic goals of Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
- Assume a leadership role in the development of programs and academic policy to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
- Supervise academic programs, leading an academic team focused on programming initiatives that respond to labour-market demands.
- Ensure programs meet the highest standards of national and/or international accrediting bodies and program quality.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to drive academic excellence and strategic planning. A proven track record of program development and policy implementation is essential.
