Instructional Designer

CSA Group is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality learning products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain learning products that meet budget and time requirements.
- Manage associated costs and negotiate with suppliers for assigned products.
- Identify internal and external resources to develop technical content and provide resource materials.
- Provide guidance to subject matter experts on instructional design standards and adult learning principles.
- Coordinate receipt and authorization of written and visual materials, technical subject matter, and graphics.
- Participate in pilot deployment of courses and conduct evaluation to finalize programs.
- Post-secondary education in instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
- Five years of related work experience.
- Experience developing adult learning coursework is preferred.
- Strong PC skills, including Adobe Cloud software, Captivate, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal and project management skills.
- Proficiency in French is an asset.
