Join Our Team as a Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Specialist to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our Governance, Treasury and Pension Fund team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business strategy and risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in planning, establishing and following up on priorities
  • Integrate the business strategy into the risk management framework
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop specialized expertise and work in a collaborative and enriching work environment
  • Ensure rigorous processes are in place to effectively mitigate operational, reputational and money laundering risks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience or master's degree and 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Good analytical skills and ability to synthesize information, strong desire to learn and develop in a complex field
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
