Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 832069 Ontario Limited. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement menus, manage food costs, and ensure high-quality food preparation.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Accurate and reliable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
