Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Reliable Parts - Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to customers in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Assist customers with service requests, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on their individual needs.
- Process orders, replenish display items, and conduct research to find solutions for customers.
- Meet or exceed sales performance standards and goals as defined by your manager.
- Work well under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and balance multiple tasks while demonstrating good time management.
- Collaborate with colleagues as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with in-person customer service.
- Familiarity with computer operations, including data entry and switching between multiple screens.
- Excellent phone skills and basic math skills.
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Work ScheduleThis full-time customer service position typically works daytime hours Monday through Friday and some Saturday shifts depending on location.
