About the Role

Mini Mall Storage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Asset Management. This is a key role that will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our storage facilities across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide operational and sales direction to Regional Operations Managers to ensure measurable KPI targets are achieved.
  • Asset Management: Deploy all aspects of asset management strategy, overseeing, analyzing, and developing upon the performance of facilities within the region.
  • Performance Analysis: Run, analyze, and make recommendations regarding the performance of facilities, including factors such as occupancy, delinquencies, and financial position.
  • Culture and Reputation: Promote Mini Mall Storage within the community by building a strong culture and reputation that reflects and fosters the Mini Mall core values.
  • Process Standardization: Enforce standardization of operational processes for the existing portfolio and onboarding of new acquisitions.
  • Employee Relations and Workforce Planning: Support Regional Operations Managers with employee relations issues and oversee regional workforce planning and approvals.
  • Training and Education: Oversee the deployment of training and education for Regional Operations Managers and demonstrate strong mentorship abilities to support success in their roles.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a regional leadership role managing a geographically diverse operation within storage, retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries.
  • Facility management/maintenance experience with an understanding of capital management is required.
  • Proven business financials and data analytics proficiency within sales, P&L, and capital management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, with comfort in all MS office suite products including SharePoint.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to coach developing leaders and present to an executive audience.
  • Driver's license and clean driver's abstract required.
