As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for the selection and recruitment of new colleagues within our different business units and functional domains in the Americas.

You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a lean and efficient recruitment process, providing regular updates and reports on various metrics.

Additionally, you will participate in various Talent Acquisition projects, such as enhancing our recruitment process and developing our employer brand.

You will be the first point of contact for hiring managers and will be responsible for internal selections and talent mobility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and recruitment of different profiles at various levels, from intake to offer letters.
  • Building talent pools in various areas of expertise and selecting suitable candidates through telephone screenings, selection interviews, and assessments.
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and proposing continuous improvements.
  • Coordinating and managing external selection partners and ensuring service level agreements and schedules are met.

You will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in selection and recruitment, preferably in an international context.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and optimal recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Flexibility in scheduling interviews in candidates' time zones.
  • Professional and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and bring new proposals to improve team functioning.
  • Discretion and ability to connect with various stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, and passionate about the job.
