About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Vancouver. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of retail professionals to achieve sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, with 5+ years of experience in a store management position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
