About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Guide Coordinator to join our team at Mann International Travel & Tours & Insurance & Mortgage Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confirm Travel Arrangements: Ensure that all transportation and accommodation reservations are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate Recreation Activities: Plan and execute guided tours, museum visits, and other recreational activities for clients.
  • Resolve Itinerary Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise during client trips.
  • Provide Client Support: Assist clients with check-in procedures, provide information on local customs and culture, and ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Conduct Guided Tours: Lead groups of clients on tours of cities, historical sites, and other attractions.
  • Support Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support the settlement and integration of newcomers and refugees, including assisting with immediate settlement needs and facilitating access to community resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
Working Conditions
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week.
