Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Guide to lead our clients on unforgettable journeys around the world. As a Travel Guide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth execution of tours, and showcasing the beauty and culture of our destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sightseeing or tour vehicles to transport clients to various locations.
  • Confirm transportation and accommodation reservations to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Resolve any itinerary or other problems that may arise during tours.
  • Assist clients with check-in procedures for accommodations and/or transportation.
  • Provide information on tipping customs, currency exchange rates, and other details to enhance clients' experiences.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the tour.
  • Conduct guided tours of museums, gallery exhibitions, and historical, heritage, and other sites, answering inquiries and providing information.
  • Transport or escort individuals or groups on tours of cities, waterways, and industrial and other establishments.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • Knowledge of local cultures and customs.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
