Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Guide Coordinator to join our team at Travelbhai Canada Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our guided tours and travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confirm Travel Arrangements: Verify transportation and accommodation reservations to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.
  • Coordinate Recreation Activities: Plan and execute engaging recreation activities that cater to diverse interests and age groups.
  • Resolve Itinerary Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the tour, ensuring minimal disruption to the travel experience.
  • Assist with Check-in Procedures: Provide support to clients with check-in procedures for accommodations and transportation.
  • Provide Cultural Insights: Offer valuable information on local customs, currency exchange rates, and other essential details to enhance the travel experience.
  • Lead Guided Tours: Conduct informative and engaging guided tours of museums, galleries, historical sites, and other attractions, answering questions and providing insightful commentary.
  • Transportation and Escort Services: Safely transport or escort individuals or groups on tours of cities, waterways, and other establishments.

  • Work under Pressure: Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
