Key Responsibilities
  • Confirm Travel Arrangements: Verify transportation and accommodation reservations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients.
  • Coordinate Recreation Activities: Plan and execute engaging and informative tours, taking into account the interests and needs of our clients.
  • Resolve Itinerary Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise during the tour, ensuring that our clients have a positive experience.
  • Assist with Check-in Procedures: Provide assistance with check-in procedures for accommodations and transportation, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Provide Cultural Insights: Offer information on tipping customs, currency exchange rates, and other relevant details to enhance our clients' experience.
  • Lead Guided Tours: Conduct guided tours of museums, galleries, and historical sites, providing informative and engaging commentary to our clients.
  • Transport Clients: Transport or escort individuals or groups on tours of cities, waterways, and industrial establishments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Requirements
  • Work under Pressure: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and organize tours, ensuring that all details are taken care of.
Experience
  • Temporary or Contract Work: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
