About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Moulding Operator to join our team at Romac Products. As an Injection Moulder, you will be responsible for operating moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Equipment: Identify and resolve issues with moulding machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor Material Quality: Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Operate Moulding Machines: Safely and efficiently operate moulding machines to produce plastic products.
  • Prepare Resin Batches: Mix and prepare resin batches according to our specifications.
  • Maintain Inventory: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
Work Environment

As a Plastic Moulding Operator, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have good hand-eye coordination.

Requirements
  • Steel-Toed Safety Boots: You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots at all times while on the job.
