About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulder to join our team at Romac Products. As an Injection Moulder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our injection moulding equipment to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues with equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and inspect the quality of materials produced to meet our high standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Set up and operate injection moulding machines to produce plastic products, following established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
  • Formulation and Mixing: Prepare and mix resin batches according to formulation cards to support the injection moulding process.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods and wear steel-toed safety boots as required.
Personal Qualities and Suitability
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate accuracy, dependability, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills.
  • Work Arrangements: Work a 40-hour week in a permanent position, with English as the primary work language.
