- Foster a culture of inclusivity and engagement among staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, support functions, and external partners.

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Outstanding leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering inclusive work environments.
