Regional Director

At Lifemark Health Group, we are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our operational activities across multiple clinics in the South West Region of Ontario. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our Clinic Directors, ensuring a consistent and high-quality patient care experience across all clinics.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to Clinic Directors in the South West Region, ensuring alignment with Lifemark's overall strategy and goals.
- Develop and implement operational plans and initiatives to drive revenue and EBITDA growth, while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and engagement among staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Drive a culture of interdisciplinary collaboration, promoting a holistic approach to patient care and improving health outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Clinic Directors, staff, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, upholding Lifemark's reputation for excellence.
- Manage operational budgets and resources, optimizing allocation to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of senior management experience, with a proven track record in leading sizable teams.
- Demonstrated success in operational management, strategic planning, and driving revenue and EBITDA growth.
- Outstanding leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering inclusive work environments.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated strong relationship management with stakeholders and support functions.
