Medical Administrative Partner

Fraser Health is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Client Partner in Disability Management. This role is a key part of our employee rehabilitation and return-to-work initiatives, and we are looking for someone with a passion for disability management and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the rehabilitation of ill or injured employees by developing, negotiating, and implementing tailored rehabilitation and vocational plans.
- Ensure these plans are effective and sustainable through continuous monitoring.
- Negotiate and implement realistic and durable disability management plans.
- Act as a bridge between union and management representatives, ensuring the smooth and effective implementation of agreements that benefit all parties involved.
- Implement agreements and plans that guarantee a safe and durable return to work for Fraser Health staff, while also ensuring cost-effective disability management practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in a health discipline such as Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Occupational Health Nursing.
- Five (5) years' recent related experience in a large multi-union environment and registration with the appropriate professional organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of disability management principles and practice.
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers using a variety of software applications.
