About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Educator to join our team at Kit and Ace. As an Educator, you will play a key role in providing our guests with a world-class experience in the areas of product and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Successfully communicate the features, benefits, and usage of our products to guests, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Sales Performance: Contribute to the achievement of daily sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate knowledge of in-store stock availability and ensure that the sales floor and backrooms are well-stocked and organized.
  • Visual Merchandising: Actively maintain the visual appeal of our stores, ensuring that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and inviting manner.
  • Stockroom Operations: Receive and process stock from our warehouse, including unpacking, counting, tagging, and placing merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Customer Service: Utilize the Point of Sale system to process payments, refunds, and exchanges, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in staff training and shop events, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of our products and be able to communicate their features and benefits to guests.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, prioritizing guest satisfaction and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrate a results-oriented approach, focusing on achieving sales goals and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
