Position Overview

We are in search of a passionate and knowledgeable Automotive Product Ambassador to represent our esteemed brand at various events. The Automotive Product Ambassador will be instrumental in educating attendees about our vehicles, highlighting their features, and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. This role demands a genuine enthusiasm for automobiles, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to engage with a diverse audience.

Position Details:

Event Schedule: Various dates and times to be determined.
Location: To be announced.

Compensation: Starting at $25/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Presentation: Skillfully present and demonstrate the features, advantages, and technology of our vehicles to event attendees.
  • Visitor Engagement: Interact with guests in a welcoming and approachable manner, addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive information about the vehicles on display.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand advocate, embodying the brand's values and messaging while engaging with the public.
  • Lead Collection: Gather and document visitor contact information for potential sales leads, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Stay informed about all product offerings, including vehicle specifications, technology, and promotional activities, to ensure accurate communication with visitors.
  • Event Collaboration: Work with the event team to ensure the booth is organized according to brand standards and that all materials are prepared.
  • Sales Assistance: Support the sales team by identifying potential customers and facilitating further discussions if they show interest in purchasing.
  • Reporting Duties: Provide daily updates to the event manager, including visitor feedback, common inquiries, and any challenges faced.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a product specialist, automotive sales representative, or in a similar capacity, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Automotive Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of automobiles, particularly the brand's vehicles, features, and technology.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on visitor satisfaction and engagement.
  • Professional Demeanor: Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout events.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with the event team and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, during events.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable engaging with a large number of visitors in a busy environment.
