About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Product Guide at Arc'teryx. As a Product Guide, you will be the face of our brand on the retail floor, delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. You will be responsible for sharing technical product knowledge, supporting guests with problem-solving, and championing Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing product knowledge and supporting with problem-solving
  • Build a strong understanding of our products and seamlessly weave this information into guest interactions
  • Champion Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community
  • Develop your passions both in and out of the store with the support of the team
  • Support in elevating the guest experience by working with the store leadership team on projects and brand initiatives
  • Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to help drive sales
  • Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership
  • Support with and participate in various store tasks as assigned by the leadership team
  • Answer store phones and respond to voicemails and store emails
  • Utilize the Point-of-Sale system to accurately and efficiently process guest transactions

Availability

You are expected to be available for a minimum of one open, one close, and one weekend shift each week. Your availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time at the discretion of the Store Manager.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $ - $24 per hour, with a reasonable estimate of the pay range being CAD$ - CAD$ at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training.
