About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Product Guide at Arc'teryx. As a Product Guide, you will be the face of our brand on the retail floor, delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a Best-in-Class Brand Experience: Share technical product knowledge with guests, provide solutions to their needs, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Build Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our products and effectively communicate this knowledge to guests in an authentic and engaging way.
  • Champion the Brand: Represent Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador, both in-store and in the community, to promote our values and products.
  • Support Guest Development: Collaborate with the store leadership team to elevate the guest experience through various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide Feedback and Insights: Offer constructive feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales and improve overall performance.
  • Maintain a Collaborative Relationship: Foster an open and collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Availability and Expectations
  • Availability Requirements: Be available for a minimum of one open, one close, and one weekend shift each week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Full-Time or Part-Time: Work 30-40 hours per week (5 days per week) as a full-time employee or 10-30 hours per week (2-4 days per week) as a part-time employee.
