We're seeking a skilled Team Lead to join our retail team at Accoravillage, where you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Team Lead, you'll serve as a key link between our leadership team and sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations. Your strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and passion for customer satisfaction will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a sales team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with operational functions, including POS management and daily banking procedures
  • Partner with store management to execute action plans and optimize store operations
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to improve productivity and operations
  • Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide feedback
  • Assist with resolving customer service matters and oversee task delegation
  • Communicate performance feedback to store management and ensure team adherence to company policies

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment, with luxury retail experience preferred
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a sales team
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
