Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Firehouse Subs. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
