About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and document business needs from stakeholders, collaborating with product owners on prioritization.
  • Develop business requirements, ensuring traceability and dependency identification.
  • Ensure solution delivery aligns with data privacy (Privacy-by-Design) principles.
  • Analyze context, impacts, processes, and business rules, tracing gaps between current and future situations.
  • Facilitate workshops to clarify business issues and scenarios.
  • Co-produce and document backlog items in collaboration tools.
  • Understand process scope, planning activities for deliverables, and presenting them verbally and graphically.
  • Define test scenarios and propose change management strategies.
About Your Team

You'll join the Digital Customer Experience sector, reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Special Projects. Our agile team operates like a startup, promoting innovation and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Expertise in Design Thinking and BPMN methodologies.
  • Experience in business process transformation, continuous improvement, and change management in a technological environment.
  • Knowledge of banking systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence tools.
  • Able to work independently in a startup environment.
