Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Sales Transactions: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease, providing expert advice and guidance to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including semiconductors and electronic components, to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and business development activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual, with proficiency in English and Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish.
  • Work Environment: Remote location, with a non-smoking, air-conditioned, and clean work environment.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle, with a valid driver's license.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and sitting for extended periods.
