About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at Clarivate. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in coordinating, leading, and delivering implementation projects for our Ex Libris products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead implementation projects for Ex Libris products, working closely with libraries and their skilled stakeholders, including Librarians, Deans, and other faculty.
  • Gather information from clients/stakeholders to determine their challenges and priorities, and approach concerns in a professional, timely manner that strengthens relationships and fosters trust.
  • Seek to understand workflows and how our solutions can best support their day-to-day activities, and ensure project success by leveraging your strong organizational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in software implementation.
  • Provide advice and support to clients, and work collaboratively with the Professional Services Department, Product Support Teams, and Alma Migration Operations to deliver high-quality results.

About the Team

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that works on data analysis & migration, system configuration, technical project management, troubleshooting, and customer support implementing Ex Libris products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, project coordination, or technical consulting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Ex Libris products and library workflows, with a background in customer service or technical support.
