Implementation Specialist

ClearDent is a leading provider of dental practice management software, and we're seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our customers, providing project management, coordination, and training to help them get the most out of our software.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes and guide customers to ensure a seamless transition to ClearDent's software
  • Provide on-site training, remote training, and consultative services to customers
  • Create educational materials and conduct webinars to support customer success
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure their success with our software
  • Maintain accurate histories of customer contacts and training records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with product management to improve software applications and services
Requirements:
  • 2 years of dental experience required
  • 1 year of training experience or equivalent
  • Resides in the Greater Ontario area
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Ability to train in a variety of settings and to a variety of experience levels
  • Strong customer relationship building skills
  • Organization and accurate recording keeping are essential in this role

Work Environment:
