Position Overview:

Associate Directors hold a pivotal role at Directive. They are fundamentally accountable for both client satisfaction and employee engagement, with their performance directly influencing our financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Objective Setting: Associate Directors are tasked with establishing the goals for each client engagement within their team.
  • Implementation of Best Practices: They ensure that every client adheres to industry best practices across various channels and formats, particularly in:
    • Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost (LTV:CAC) modeling
    • Customer Generation strategies
    • Search Engine Results Page (SERP) visibility
    • Effective Content Creation
  • Overcoming Challenges: The success of any campaign hinges on the approval process. It is crucial to identify potential obstacles and assist strategists in securing approvals.
    • Facilitate discussions about roadblocks during one-on-one meetings with strategists and develop actionable plans to address these challenges for successful strategy execution.
  • Leadership: We seek leaders, not mere managers. Foster a structured environment, establish regular communication, and empower your team through clear expectations and guidance.

Performance Goals:

  • Net Sales Margin (NSM) Achievement: 100%
  • Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): 4.2+
  • Revenue Targets: $150,000 for each half of the year (total across the team for the first half)
