Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our finance team and play a key role in financial management. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis
- Own monthly and annual accounting closing and reporting
- Conduct regular P&L reviews, providing insightful analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Own local and international tax, ensuring timely reporting, payment, and compliance
- Monitor costs, identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Perform detailed financial analysis, identifying trends and variances
- Collaborate with our Compliance team to ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial data
- Develop the Procurement function (with other stakeholders) to ensure adherence with local rules and regulations
- 5+ years of experience in a Financial Controller position or similar role, preferably within the gaming or tech industry
- Strong understanding and expertise in budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and P&L reviews
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Excel and QB skills
- CPA designation would be a significant advantage
