Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our management team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and contractual payments.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure effective and efficient financial management.
- Lead management reporting and business analytics against benchmarks and KPIs, budgets and budgetary control, business modelling and financial forecasting.
- Drive upgrades and changes to existing financial systems to improve financial management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting, audited financial statements, and statutory audits.
- Manage internal controls, including authorizations and compliance, and enhance accounting systems.
- CPA designation
- NPO industry experience
- Financial controller experience
