Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Sales Representative to join our team at thyssenkrupp Materials CA Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and following up on quotes for all products, processing sales orders, and entering return orders, credits, and debits when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls, faxes, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate and follow up on quotes for all products to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Enter return orders, credits, and debits when required to maintain accurate records and resolve customer issues.
  • Assist Outside Sales in obtaining customer forecasts as needed to inform sales strategies.
  • Accurately implement and maintain firm metal agreements when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer-specific inventories as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Satisfy customer service issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures to stay up-to-date and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work in a team environment, communicating effectively with all personnel to achieve sales goals.
  • Travel as needed to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor competitor products and prices to stay informed and competitive.
  • Assist in quality-related duties where required to ensure high-quality products and services.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable experience, solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and effective listening skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of raw materials and their applications.
