Job Title: Business Development and Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development and Account Manager to join our team at Robertson Human et. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business growth in the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the dental industry, managing the sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Product and Service Presentation: Confidently present and promote product and service offerings to both new and existing clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional customer service and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Stay informed about market trends and competitors, providing strategic insights to drive business growth.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, tracking progress and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and a smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Continuing Education (CE) Events: Promote and attend CE events as necessary, enhancing client relationships and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education and Training: A formal education in Business or Marketing is valued, but we encourage candidates with successful B2B sales experience and an entrepreneurial mentality to apply.
  • Work Experience and Accomplishments: 3+ years of proven experience in business development and account management in the dental or medical device industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proven ability to build strong, long-lasting client relationships, excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, superior organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines, proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Other: Must have access to an insured vehicle and a driver's license in good standing, and must have a fully functional home office.
