We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy VP Finance to lead our finance team in managing Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Integrations, and Financial Systems. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, strategic planning, acquisition integration, and team development within our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial reporting processes and ensure robust internal controls are in place.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans and analyses to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Oversee the integration of acquired companies, ensuring seamless financial operations and data consolidation.
  • Manage the implementation and optimization of financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance within a dynamic business environment.
  • Experience working with global businesses and public companies is highly preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
