Job Summary

CRUSADERS CARGO CARRIERS is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Training and Development: Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and conduct performance reviews to evaluate their performance.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the requisition or ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
