Key Responsibilities- Direct the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior management personnel.
- Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
- Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official engagements, or appoint delegates as necessary.
- Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
- Oversee budget planning and expenditure management.
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance market presence.
- Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand and sales potential, as well as the impact of competitors.
- A minimum of 5 years in operations management or a related field.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Quick adaptability to new concepts and processes.
