- Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
This role is set in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The supervisor must be prepared to stand for extended periods and engage in bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary.
