**Job Title:** Application Consultant

**Job Summary:** Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Application Consultant to join our team. As an Application Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting our clients' enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent:** We are looking for a candidate with a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience.
  • **Infor XA / MAPICS Experience:** Mandatory experience in Infor XA / MAPICS is required, as well as a strong understanding of the underlying data structure in DB2 databases.
  • **DB2 in AS400 Environment:** Experience working with DB2 in an AS400 environment is also mandatory.
  • **Procure to Pay and Order to Cash Experience:** We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes, including modules such as Procurement, Sales, Pricing & Invoicing, and Warehouse & Distribution.
  • **IBM Query Knowledge and SQL Skills:** Strong knowledge of IBM Query and the ability to write structured query language (SQL) is required.
  • **Functional Business Design and System Data Flows:** As an Application Consultant, you will be responsible for evaluating system data flows that relate to MAPICS processes and designing functional business solutions.
  • **Data Modeling and BI Reporting:** Basic knowledge of data modeling and business intelligence (BI) reporting is also required.
  • **Source-Target Field Mapping on BI Platform:** Experience working with source-target field mapping on a BI platform is a plus.
  • **Communication and Analytical Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential for this role.
  • **Independence and Process Improvement:** Experience working independently with little supervision and reviewing and challenging existing business processes to recommend best practices and drive process improvements is also required.
