Senior Applications Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join our team at Lyons Consulting Group. As a key member of our Adobe DevOps team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Adobe CX Solutions: Successfully implement Adobe Customer Experience solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Develop and Support Activities: Lead the development and support activities on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Campaigns, working closely with development and IT teams.
- Integrate Adobe Solutions: Oversee the implementation and integration of Adobe solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless interactions and optimal performance.
- Provide Technical Support: Offer technical support to project teams, including code reviews, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Optimize System Performance: Optimize system performance, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive business analysis based on client requirements, leading the technical solution to design and develop systems aligned with the client's business needs.
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to design solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of clients.
- Monitor Technical Progress: Monitor the technical progress of the team implementing Adobe solutions and platforms.
- 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in data architecture, integration, API management, and cross-platform activation with a strong understanding of marketing technologies, digital analytics, customer data platforms, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
- Adobe Expertise: Adept of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign builder, and other relevant Adobe solutions.
- Business Process Optimization: Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
- Communication and Project Management: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to lead workshops, define and prioritize client requirements, and suggest best practices.
- Certifications: Certification in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign builder, Customer Journey Analytics, and/or Offer Decisioning Engine are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, OSGi, REST, GraphQL, Web Analytics, Single Page Application, and other relevant technologies.
- Digital Experience Platform: Understanding of Digital Experience platform landscape and experience with relevant Digital strategies and technologies, with knowledge of the typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations.
