We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Associate to join our team at The Royal Taste of India Ltd. as a Restaurant Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- Communication: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
As a Restaurant Server at The Royal Taste of India Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
