Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at WCCR/Whisper Creek Cabin Rental. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff
    • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of duties for housekeeping staff.
  • Inspect and Maintain Properties
    • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to property maintenance.
  • Purchase and Manage Supplies
    • Select and purchase equipment and supplies necessary for housekeeping operations.
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations
    • Ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and comply with local health and sanitation regulations.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Less than 50 rooms.
    • Hotel, motel, resort.
