Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper Assistant to join our team at Chalet Continental Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff

Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our rooms and public areas.

Maintain Safety and Quality Standards

Ensure that all safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that our guests receive a high-quality experience.

Inventory Management

Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and supplies, and ensure that our inventory is up-to-date and accurate.

Guest Services

Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that all issues are resolved promptly.

Work Environment

Work a regular 30-40 hour week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
