    • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Purchase and Maintain Equipment and Supplies
    • Select and purchase equipment and supplies necessary for the housekeeping department.
    • Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
  • Coordinate Maintenance and Repair Services
    • Coordinate with maintenance and repair services to ensure that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
    • Ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and comply with local health and safety regulations.
  • Respond to Guest Complaints
    • Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Work Setting
    • Less than 50 rooms.
    • Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Transportation/Travel Information
    • Valid driver's license.
